Short overview

The Small Charities Challenge Fund (SCCF) is DFID’s centrally managed fund for small UK based not-for-profit organisations. It provides grants to organisations with an annual income of £250,000 or less that work in priority countries to help enhance their capacity and efforts to tackle poverty, and towards achieving the Global Goals. Grants of up to £50,000 will be available for projects of up to 2 years. The SCCF is open for applications on a continuous basis and applications are reviewed every 6 months. The SCCF will support Britain’s small not-for-profit groups to scale-up and increase the reach and efficiency of their projects.
