As you may have learned already, the Agroecology Learning alliance in South East Asia (ALiSEA, http://ali-sea.org/, coordinated by GRET) is currently working with the Luang Prabang Film Festival (LPFF, http://www.lpfilmfest.org/) on a short film competition about Youth & Agroecology. The 3 best films (selected by the jury) and the film that gains the most likes and shares on Facebook (viral prize) will be receiving prize money and will be screened during this year’s Luang Prabang Film Festival (8-13 December 2017) in various locations across town.
Meanwhile, in order to raise the awareness of the public, we have developed a program for the week end of the 9 & 10 December in Luang Prabang including an agroecology market & knowledge fair, a panel discussion, a screening top short films about Youth & AE.
