Criteria of Participants (target groups):
Anyone involved in setting up or managing partnerships, either directly as partnership manager or as a desk officer overseeing partnerships. You may be working with a network organisation, private company, larger NGOs or a governmental development organisation.
Expected outcome:
  • Have a better understanding of critical issues in managing partnerships to identify intervention options;
  • Receive ideas and tools to help partnership decision-making and create positive dynamics between partners.
  • Practice skills related to the facilitation of partnership dynamics
